It includes a 3-piece adjustable paddle (72’’ to 86’’), a dual action hand pump with an integrated pressure gauge, a 2+1 snap-in fin set (one 8” centre fin and two 5” side fins), a coiled ankle leash with a 360° pivot swivel system, a repair kit with colour-matching patches and PVC repair glue, and a padded carry bag for easy transport and storage.

The NAGI OUTO Inflatable Paddle Board comes in at the top end of the budget price range at £511. While it might be pricier than some other budget options, it justifies the cost with its impressive features and specs which we’ll get into further down this list.
Weight
With its lightweight construction, the NAGI OUTO is easy to transport and handle. It’s actually one of the lightest all-rounder paddleboards available on the market today. When compared to the Bluefin Cruise, which is a very similar board, the OUTO is almost 3kg lighter, making it a better option for paddlers who prioritize portability. The package also includes a handy shoulder strap for carrying your board to the water.

This smart design not only saves you time and effort before and after your paddling sessions but also ensures you spend more time on the water and less time fiddling with your gear.

Portability is enhanced with strengthened grab handles and a padded backpack for easy storage and transport. My Experience with the NAGI OUTO Inflatable Paddle Board
I feel incredibly fortunate to be the first and only person in the UK to have tested the NAGI OUTO inflatable paddle board. Given that the OUTO comes in at the top end of the budget price range, I was eager to see if the board and its accompanying accessories lived up to the cost. To my delight, both the board and the included gear are of a high standard, exceeding my expectations for a budget-friendly option.
The OUTO boasts a great range of features, including some I haven’t seen on other boards. For instance, the paddle straps are a unique addition that I found particularly useful for securing my paddle during breaks. Top-end features like the D-rings for attaching a kayak seat, an action camera mount, and a kick pad also set this board apart from its competitors.
However, my personal favourite has to be the snap-in fins. These fins make setup and breakdown incredibly quick and easy, no more struggling to slide fiddly fins in or out!
Another standout feature is the board’s lightweight construction, making it easy to carry and transport. This is a significant advantage over other boards like the Bluefin Cruise, which, although similar in many respects, is almost 3kg heavier. The reinforced rail tape and military-grade PVC construction also give the board a robust feel, ensuring it can withstand the rigours of various water conditions making the OUTO a great all-round board.
On the water, the NAGI OUTO glides beautifully. The board offers excellent balance, making it easy to manoeuvre even for less experienced paddlers. I found it very comfortable to stand barefoot on the LEV deck, which provides a solid grip and reduces fatigue during longer sessions. The board’s stability and smooth performance made for an enjoyable paddling experience.
My experience has been mainly on calm waters, such as the River Ouse in Sussex and other nearby rivers. In these settings, the OUTO has performed exceptionally well, maintaining stability and ease of control. Although I haven’t taken it out on the sea yet, I have no doubts it will perform just as well in those conditions, which I plan to try once the weather warms up.

Bluefin Cruise
Out of all the boards I’ve tested, the OUTO compares closest to the Bluefin Cruise. The Bluefin Cruise has been one of my favourite SUPs to paddle over the past year. It’s packed full of features that make paddleboarding simpler and more fun. However, the NAGI OUTO does outperform the Cruise in a few key areas.
The NAGI OUTO is more competitively priced and lighter in weight, making it easier to transport and handle. Additionally, it boasts a double bungee system and paddle straps, providing better gear storage and convenience on the water. While the Bluefin Cruise is a solid choice, the NAGI OUTO offers these extra benefits that enhance the overall paddleboarding experience.
Wave Tourer
Another favourite of mine has been the Wave Tourer, a lightweight, top-quality SUP that comes at a very affordable price. However, if you’re looking for a paddle board with high-end features while still staying within a reasonable price range, the NAGI OUTO is a top contender in this price bracket.
Both boards are similar in weight, making them easy to transport and handle. However, the NAGI OUTO stands out with its additional features, such as the kick pad and action cam mount, which the Wave Tourer lacks. These extra features make the NAGI OUTO a more versatile package that will grow with the paddler beyond the beginner stages.
